Here at Helios we employ a small workforce of individuals whose complementary skills combine to form an efficient production unit.

Our services include:

Special Purpose Machinery. From concept design through to onsite commissioning and provision of Machine Directives and CE marking. Working in sectors such as Automotive, Oil and Gas, through to Food Processing and Medical. From stand alone units, specialised workstations, poke-yoke assembly stations right through to complete fully automated production lines. Improving safety, product handling and overall efficiency.
Replacement parts and components. Whether it be from detailed drawings provided by a client or a process of reverse engineering, incorporating CMM technology, parts are manufactured in our well equipped in house facility. We are also able to draw on the benefit of long established and trusted trading partnerships with specialist companies and suppliers, covering a wide range of engineering processes. Repeat order parts and components are drawn up, priced and catalogued. Spares can be kept and stock levels controlled by our customers via a portal on our website.
Research and Development. We have a wide base of past experience in carrying out R&D projects within most sectors of the manufacturing sector. Continuing to move forward with new technologies and methods, we now have CCM measuring equipment backed up with 3D printing. Prototyping and development of new products are common features in the day to day running of our company.
The manufacture of Jigs and Fixtures, Test Equipment , Light Fabrication, PLC programming and General Engineering are all covered in our website. Newsletters are also electronically sent out at three month periods.
